Information and Consent

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, 'LOPD'), and considering Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on Data Protection, by accepting this Privacy Policy, the User (hereinafter, the 'User') gives informed, express, free, and unequivocal consent for the personal data collected through the website ubica.immo (hereinafter, the 'Website') to be included in a file owned by Ubica, duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, and guarantees that the required security measures, both organizational and technical, have been applied as required by Royal Decree 1720/2007 (hereinafter, 'RLOPD').

When personal data are collected through forms that may be enabled on the Website for the development of its activity, it will be necessary for the User to provide, at least, those marked as mandatory since, if these considered necessary data are not provided, we will not be able to provide the service to the User through the Website.

The User guarantees that the personal data provided to Ubica are true and accurate, and Ubica will not be responsible for any incident derived from the inaccuracy or falsity of the information provided by Users.

The User, as the sole responsible for the processing, will be responsible for complying with all applicable data protection regulations. In addition, the User agrees to obtain all consents, authorizations, and/or approvals legally necessary before including personal data on the Website or using the Website.

Purpose of Processing

The personal data of the User or third parties provided by the User will be processed by Ubica through the Website solely for the following purposes:

1) Carry out the functionalities of the Website intended for the provision of the services offered therein.

Ubica cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of the systems, therefore, it assumes no responsibility for damages and losses derived from alterations that third parties may cause in the computer systems, electronic documents, or files.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services, all personal data obtained through cookies during the use of the Website will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Cookies Policy.

Acceptance of the Privacy Policy

The User acknowledges and accepts having read and understood this Privacy Policy, the content of which constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Ubica regarding the use and processing of their personal information within the Website.
